Visual inspection
The visual inspection is done at every device checkup. By visual means we inspect especially tanks, vent flues etc. Thorough visual inspection is done while executing corrosion survey of surfaces.
High voltage spark tests are usually provided as part of visual inspection of protection layers.
Ultrasound inspection
Ultrasound methods are used for inspection of welds, materials and surfaces of metals and non-metals. High end modern devices and probes enable us to check thickness of for example plastic and laminate materials. Regular thickness inspection allows monitoring of wear of wall for example of tubes and also prediction of remaining equipment life.
Eddy current inspection
Thickness gages with eddy current probes are used for coating thickness measurements in the ranges 50 – 1500 µm, paint and lining in the ranges up to 6 mm and rubber coating upto 18 mm. the measurements are done against conductible ferrous or nonferrous base materials. High number os collected values allows form statistical reports.
Eddy current devices are used for testing wholeness of nonferrous and ferrous materials. Schematics of tube sheet for each specific device are created for the inspection with unique tube sheet reference system what allow us to repetitive and annual inspections.
Capilary testing
Capillary tests are used for inspection of ventilator and turbine blade, suction pumps, welds etc. We are equiped for on site inspection under visible and/or ultraviolet light.
Magnetic testing
Magnetic tests are used mainly for welds inspection on site. We are equipped for on site inspection under visible and/or ultraviolet light.
Except non destrictive testing methods we also provide metallographic inspections, quality of oxidation layers check, material structure inspection, oxidation layers inspection and so on.
